The Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy at the University of Banja Luka is a prominent public higher education institution. With around 100 employees, including teaching and support staff, the faculty serves approximately 4,000 students.

This institution is dedicated to providing high-quality education and research in its respective fields, and it required a reliable digital solution to streamline its academic scheduling process.

the problem

The faculty faced a challenge in efficiently managing class timetables across three different study programs. The existing system lacked the ability to prevent scheduling conflicts among student groups, teachers, and classrooms. This often led to overlaps and inconsistencies, complicating the teaching process and causing frustration among students and staff alike.

our solution

We developed "Timeversify", a fast, responsive, and user-friendly web application tailored for the faculty's needs. Utilizing NextJS, shadcn/ui, TailwindCSS, and Turso cloud database, we created a robust platform that streamlines the management of class timetables.

Timeversify ensures that schedules are free of conflicts and provides an intuitive interface for easy updates and maintenance.
